Welcome to the Party Cooker's Dream

Made entirely of stainless steel, the Party Cooker's Dream can hold up to 35 gallons of liquid with the pot being 24 inches in diameter.

The Power Cooker's Dream has a basket that is lifted out by a manual lever hoist that also swivels for easy placement of the cooked food. It has a small hanging center post that will allow for cooking other amenities separate from the main pot. There is also a steamer attachement that can cook very large portions of seafood.

Powered by propane, it has a 20 burner jet burner for heat that is lit by twin electric igniters. It has a built in safety shut off and a precise adjustment valve to control the flame. With this, the heat is monitored by a digital thermometer that will alert you when the temperature is correct. It can be set for the exact required temperature. The outside wall is insulated to prevent the operator from getting burned.

Our cooker gives you the choice of cooking with either oil or water. You fill the pot from the bottom by attaching a hose for either liquid. There is an available two way 12 volt pump that pumps the oil in and then saves you money by filtering the expensive cooking oils when you pump it out. This pump is sold as an accessory but pays for itself quickly.

Clean up is a breeze with its top ring being coated with Teflon. The cooker only weighs 400 lbs but comes with wheels that it can be tipped on for easily moving it around.

There is an optional aluminum trailer for hauling the cooker with an attached utility box for utensils. This makes it easier to move to different locations.

We are also building a smaller unit identical, only with a 16 inch diameter pot.

You can cook 100 ears of corn in 10 minutes! Need 100 lbs of turkey? Not a problem, because our cooker can cook 4 - 25 pound turkeys in only 90 minutes! Our cooker will also allow for 52 quarts to be canned at one time! The possibilities are endless!
